4.00 M3 INFEEDING BUNKER

The AGRONIC MultiBaler 1220 features a 4.00 m³ bunker designed for efficient material handling. Equipped with a bottom chain and conveyors, it facilitates the smooth feeding of various types of materials.

The bunker can be loaded in multiple ways: during stationary use with a tractor fitted with a front loader or, in mobile applications, directly from the chipper.

APPLICABLE FOR MANY MATERIALS

The AGRONIC MultiBaler 1220 features a bale chamber system designed to handle a wide range of materials.

The bale chamber consists of 2 drive chains in combination with 107 tight bars. Combined with the optimized material flow through the machine, this system ensures efficient processing of various (short) materials into high-quality round bales.

FILM- & NETBINDING SYSTEM

AGRONIC MultiBalers come standard with a versatile binding system that supports both net and mantel film. The choice between net or mantel film depends on the type of material being processed or the user’s specific needs. In either case, the binding system of the MultiBaler 1220 ensures a clean, professional finish for the pressed bale before wrapping.

EFFICIENT WRAPPING

Efficient wrapping is key to producing high-quality bales. In the final stage of the process, the bale is wrapped in film. After leaving the bale chamber, it moves seamlessly to the wrapping position. The AGRONIC MultiBaler’s innovative bale transfer system maximizes capacity. Additionally, the automatic wrapping system features film breakage detection, ensuring smooth operation with minimal downtime.
